Made vegan mac & cheese for the first time. The recipe I kind of followed mentioned hot sauce and worcestershire sauce. I was hesitant to add a lot but I did try it out...not bad.

Received a call from the doctors office following the ultrasound I requested ahead of a surgery consultation for my fibroid.
They called to tell me it's the size of a grape. So I asked would that change the current surgical procedure. The woman says thats what the appt with the doctor is for.

Grateful for the support I receive when I'm feeling defeated. My daughters therapist asked to come with me to the school because they are asking me to meet with the principal and vice principal.
I gladly accepted her offer because I would not have thought to even ask her.

Being an active parent is so crazy sometimes. I do my best to be super level headed when I have to deal with my daughters teachers. But inside I'm ready to crash out at any moment.

Especially when you're organizing and the people who appear to be for the causes of the betterment of Black people say things like "oh I wasn't trying to get too involved."
It disappointing. But we keep it moving without them.
