*Jesus Christ, what type of place was this. No furniture or decorations, just a lamp and a TV along with a single chair at the front of the so-called living room. This entire house looked more like mausoleum with all the dirt filled holes and little caverns. Hell being inside of the place felt more-
+ ceiling. Even with the mound of dirt directly under it, there’s no way any human can climb up there. But Carrie could hear a woman crying from there, weakly banging on a wall or door. Oddly enough, it’s coming from the second floor of the house— another part of Jerry’s renovation.
