There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.
Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

Been meaning to do this for a minute but with the current exodus now is a good time. I have made two starter packs for Pro Illustrators. There were just too many good illustrators here to fit into one.
