In 1964, the Civil Rights Act was passed to bar discrimination based on race. In 1973, Donald Trump & his father were sued by the DOJ for refusing to rent apartments to black people. Civil Rights came into being to stop racist assholes like the Trumps, not to discriminate against white people.

the next large-scale issue we aren't ready for is 30 to 40 years old, providing for their parents because they didn't save for retirement. As someone with a mom who currently lives with me, it's hard and emotionally taxing to do so. especially when they are stuck in their ways.
