i still have that fucker blocked, but: stancil will take the entirely opposite position he is now anywhere from "tomorrow" to "next year". he will do all sorts of semantics shit to say why these are not contradicting beliefs. please remember he's a former Something Awful guy who got dunked on a lot.

I've mostly been waffling about what kind of game to make, but I have tinkered with my VN system. I added transitions powered by the Universal Transition Shader and scene changes. (Though the BG didn't change on scene change).

I think my next project is going to be an attempt at a "complete product or game". As well as working towards better code architecture. Which means it's time to learn how to take notes in Obsidian.

Currently working on a short game jam entry for @vndev.bsky.social's O2A2. So far I've been to reworking the codebase for the dialogue system. Added new features like auto-advance and text history! Character design/artwork by @dawnfire.bsky.social as always.
