Setting aside trademark legal issues, my personal opinion has always been that leagues should require that a team rename itself if it wants to move cities and the team shouldn't retain the benefit of the historical name, championships, or stats. If you move your team you must completely start over.

While September 11 was a dark day for America that had a long lasting impact, I think that history will ultimately show that January 6 was worse and will have an even darker and longer lasting impact on our country primarily because it was perpetrated by Americans against Americans.

NATO should establish a permanent base and NATO counties should station troops around Nuuk which would require the U.S. military to actually attack and shoot at allies in order to invade and attempt to take over Greenland. NATO needs to act, not just issue statements, to deter the trump admin.

We should set stringent terms on how AZ legislators are allowed to spend their per diems.

It's a shame that Smith was appointed in November 2022 instead of January 2021. That 22 month delay in appointing Smith cost the country the opportunity to try trump before a jury and played a big part in getting us where we are today.
Smith straight out of the gate making it explicitly clear that in BOTH of Trump’s federal criminal cases, there was “proof beyond a reasonable doubt” and that Smith’s team would have prevailed at trial.

My 2 New Year's resolutions:
1. Cancel all subscriptions that carried over from a free trial that I don't use.
2. Bring my Spotify age down from 75 to the mid 60s (I'm in my mid 50s).
Both goals should be achievable with a little perseverance.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Maurene Comey & Lara Pomerantz were lead prosecutors in the Ghislaine Maxwell trial. I'd like someone to ask them why they didn't pursue charges against anyone else. Did AG Garland or SDNY U.S. Attorney Damian Williams squash further charges? Was the evidence insufficient?

Senator Sanders has served in the U.S. Congress continuously since 1991 - he has been there for virtually the entire period he complains about. It's easy to identify the problem. It's a shame that he's been so incredibly ineffective in doing anything to stop it or even mitigate it.

One of the worst parts about this Epstein stuff is that all of this was there for the investigating and reporting in 2015 but the media collectively decided to be hyper focused on the Clinton email & health bullshit they were being spoon fed instead of actually doing their job and investigating.

Song Sung Blue is an emotional rollercoaster but a good movie and the Neil Diamond music as the backdrop for the movie is great. I highly recommend it, especially if you're a Neil Diamond fan.

I thought this ⬇️ was a redacted Epstein file disclosure at first.
I expect the memos remained in the file & these career AUSAs remained with DOJ after Merrick Garland became AG. So,either the memos don't offer a compelling case to prosecute co-conspirators or Garland further victimized the Epstein/trump victims by not pursuing additional justified prosecutions.
THIS is among the most important list of documents the public needs to see.
