When my time with a company ends it is sudden. I am used to the inhuman rug pull of revoked permissions. Not so, here. Here there is trust.

Yet I have created something without permission, that no one knows is coming. But that thing will be human and that thing will be hope.

Thank you to everyone who joined with us to hold space for inner work today. It was so nourishing to be in a space where people could just *be* and were even able to be comfortable with the natural silence of deep thought. What a wonderful way to spend a morning!

A full house, people sneaking their way in, laughter, stories of sausages... and crowd of people changed by new ideas. Ideas that centre learning in the human and not in metrics.

We have left Marmalade festival in Oxford feeling truly humbled by the reception of our work, thank you everyone!

I love that 'role playing' is a part of this. The need for play and experimentation seems to be a thread connecting so much of radical thought!

Let's talk social media. Let's talk change. BlueSky, sincerely, I love you but (even as a goth with an absurdist outlook) THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY than the constant doom stream. It needs to start with us.

Our friend Nathalie makes the case, but what say you?

Our lovely friend Helen wrote this after our recent discussions about inner work - and really captured the spirit of a conversation that moved all of us. Shifting systems, creating change, really is rooted in truly honest conversations just like this. #systemschange

It was clear from the stories people shared that the systems we strive to change are not merely external constructs, but are deeply enmeshed...

As someone who admittedly has a fondness for the nihilistic humour of the original meme... this hit especially hard today.

(Sorry not sorry). Pucker up! It’ll be the zest thing for learning within systems change since sliced toast…

We're peeling back the bitter pith surrounding learning; squeezing out why current learning approaches trap us and segmenting why we just Keep. Getting. Learning. Wrong. lu.ma/nsc1qgx9

Why do we talk about 'heads of organisations' but we don’t talk about them having a heart or a gut?

Big data doesn't value the unmeasurable. We leave our other sources of wisdom, and the scope of human potential, on the cutting room floor.

So much this! A core part of systems change is collective inner work - the space needed to put down the masks and be human... with all the mess that that entails 💔

- building a new house
- exploring despite the risks
