We just played video games at work.

Because sometimes making a collective impact means:
- being lost in the woods
- building a new house
- exploring despite the risks
- watching your facilitator die to 𝑏𝑒𝑒𝑠

My favourite way of thinking about this is to frame tolerance as a social contract - if you break the contract then you are no longer covered by it's terms:
