There should be a public consultation on this plan opening soon but lets gather signatures to demonstrate the fact that up and down the west coast, thousands of people don't want our seaweed rights gi...

While Trump & his paramilitary gang are waging a pointless culture war on their own citizens, the rest of the world are busy cutting them loose. China are hosting a new head of state every week to sign trade deals. EU have signed deal with India & are finalising the Mercosur deal with South America.

Habitat destruction on a massive scale 😣.
This massive Canadian agtech company has put in an application to harvest seaweed from basically the entire west coast. The maps are actually shocking www.gov.ie/en/departmen...

For my followers in the EU, there is an European citizens’ initiative you can sign to demand the full suspension of the EU-Israel Association Agreement.
If you are for BDS this would be a huge step up.

So depressing. And for sugar, to satisfy the world's addiction to sugar.

SF are desperate to find a rural vote that they have never had and as a result they are bending over backwards to appease big agriculture. But keeping alive an imported British aristocratic tradition like foxhunting is a sign of a party that has now completely forgotten what it stands for 😞
Sinn Féin leader Mary Lou McDonald has doubled down on her party's pro-fox hunting position, despite some internal criticism.

Mary Lou McDonald says Sinn Féin's support of fox hunting is the right choice
The matter will be debated again at the party’s Ard Fheis in April.

45 years after they allowed 10 Irish hunger strikers to starve to death, the British government are taking the same policy against Palestinian protestors. Back then it was Margaret Thatcher, today Kier Starmer. I hope he will be remembered with the same disdain as she is.

This is an excellent illustration, of the stupid, scientifically ignorant argument used by climate change deniers, that CO2 can't control the climate, as it only exists at low concentrations. It is an appeal to widespread public ignorance of science.

Join us Wednesday 29th, 5.30pm, Dept of Foreign Affairs. Apartheid Israel's version of a ceasefire means a continuation of its illegal starvation of Palestinians, of the blockade of Gaza, of endless violence in the West Bank. Our government must end its complicity. #SanctionsNow

This is hard to read. I can only imagine the pain and terror experienced by Palestinian hostages 😢
All the coverage is of the Israeli captives released from Gaza, zero about the Palestinian bodies returned by apartheid Israel with clear signs of torture and execution. Israel doesn't even try to hide these crimes because of total impunity. #FreeThemAll

At least 135 mutilated bodies of Palestinians had been held at notorious Israeli jail, say Gaza officials
Documents indicate they came from Sde Teiman, which already faces allegations of torture and unlawful deaths
