Less than 24 hours after Vineyard Wind secured a win in federal court that lifted the project suspension, it sailed its 62nd and final turbine tower out of the Port of New Bedford on a brutally cold Wednesday morning.

Some great news to start the new year! 👏

Toxic bisphenols don’t belong in everyday products. Washington’s new rule keeps these harmful chemicals out of receipts, protecting the health of cashiers and shoppers. This is a great example of state leadership. #StatesInTheLead
🏆 WA just became the 1st state to ban all bisphenols in receipt paper & other thermal paper—protecting workers & shoppers from a hidden source of chemical exposure.

This is what health-protective policy looks like: proving we don’t have to accept toxic chemicals as the cost of doing business.

When chemical protections are weakened, communities pay the price.

TSCA helps prevent toxic exposure and avoids massive health and cleanup costs. The chemical industry wants Congress to roll it back.

Stopping construction days before Christmas, in the dead of winter, is reckless and dangerous.

We're in touch with other states and doing everything we can to finish these projects.
The Trump administration said it is pausing leases for five large-scale offshore wind projects under construction in the East Coast due to unspecified national security risks identified by the Pentagon.
