The Saugus trash incinerator is the oldest in the nation. Clean Water joined neighbors to call on Home Depot to dump toxic packaging and materials, to reduce the toxic pollution that comes from burning PVC.

Heat pumps don’t burn fossil fuels, but instead pull warmth from the air or ground. Even in freezing climates they stay more efficient than gas or oil systems, and some of the world’s coldest countries have the most heat pumps per household. 🔥⚡️

Amid a continued clampdown on the #offshorewind industry by the Trump administration, Vineyard Wind has quietly progressed with project buildout and reached 50% power production. That means about half of the project’s 62 turbines are sending power to the Massachusetts grid.
