Worn a smart watch for three days that I forgot to switch on.
Driven to work for a face-to-face meeting that was a Teams meeting.
Driven to work for a face-to-face team meeting... a day early.
Worse of all: I've let cups of coffee go cold!

Broke through on the ADHD questionnaire barrier, at last. A question asking for as much information as possible about your suspected ADHD... I can only imagine answers less than a few chapters long coming from folks who lost their keys, forgot to fasten their zip and missed refuse collection, once.
