I have criticisms of ICEBlock, but this is authoritarian bullshit, and the fact that nearly all smartphone use one of two app stores controlled by US corporations does not bode well for the future
There's nothing illegal about ICE block. This is solely about Apple appeasing the Trump regime.

With Google removing sideloading next year, these companies will have total control over what runs on your phone.

The important thing to understand about TikTok is that it is not a social media platform that has shopping features, it is a shopping platform with hyper-optimized data tracking that has social media features. (This is, incidentally, why I’ve never had an account & don’t have the app on my phone,)

La infraestructura de la internet al servicio del genocidio. En la misma nube donde guardas tus recetas, el ejército israelí almacena y analiza llamadas telefónicas en Gaza y Cisjordania para planificar ataques militares.
Israel is using Microsoft Azure to store recordings of every phone call made by Palestinians in the occupied territories, then using AI to analyze the contents and select targets. Microsoft is (dubiously) claiming ignorance.
