Charlie Mayfield, #KeepBritainWorking review boss, was invited by Today Radio 4 to talk about #Welfare cuts. Focus was on employer support for workers with mental health conditions. Well needed indeed but if you get ill, you go on occupational ir statutory sick pay not disability benefit #LCWRA
