A thought...Why even have Congressional districts anymore? Just assign random numbers in a state to a group of people (500k), then vote for the numbered candidates. So, all the 1's select from the Group 1 candidates, the 2's select from Group 2, etc. Removes geography, partisanship & other factors.

Isn't it time we removed the presidential pardon power? Seems antithetical to a multi-pronged, multi-layered judicial system to just let a single person waive a magic wand and expunge wrongdoing. Perhaps there's a better mechanism.
