It *is* weird to be wearing a respirator, not because everyone else isn't, but because the job of public health is to insure public places are safe.
The need for people to wear a respirator in public spaces is a failure of public health to keep spaces healthy.

If people are actually serious about fighting the trump regime they need to start by masking and probably need to start making sure that all the trans people being thrown out of our homes or are losing our jobs have somewhere to land - that is we need material help right away.
