Important to note that DOGE is *still* not an official government agency and Musk has *still* not been confirmed by Congress.
They removed resources for LGBTQ institutions to get support when threatened with violence.
The message is clear, MAGA can now threaten and commit terrorism against the LGBTQ community with impunity.

Important to note that DOGE is *still* not an official government agency and Musk has *still* not been confirmed by Congress.
Had a top surgery consultation this week. I found it strangely encouraging that, after months of fear I wouldn’t be able to get the procedure this year (or at all), everything there was business as usual.

Interesting enough, we used to have proxy voting so folks could vote while they’re sick or other reasons.
House Republicans eliminated proxy voting last session. If you aren’t in the building, you can’t vote. So, if you’re in the hospital, your 750,000 constituents lose their voice on the issue.

Republicans have a 2 seat majority in the House. They’d love nothing more than a few progressive members of Congress being behind bars for days/weeks while fighting federal obstruction charges. Every vote matters over the next two years.

My deadname email account still gets bombarded with Trump emails from when I was conservative. Usually I ignore them, but this one caught my eye. Question: does anyone know if a sitting president still request campaign donations? That seems shady tbh but I genuinely do not know how it works.

In light of the new Meta update, it’s time to dust off the ole Shakespearean glossary and find names/words that I CAN call transphobes after they call me mentally ill. “Fopdoodle” is a fun one 😆
