#DougCollins is melting down repeatedly that staff won’t be cut. (Which is a lie.) But, what people need to know is long time employees are leaving. A lot of them. And the #Va isn’t doing much, if anything, to replace them.
The VA and is and will be critically understaffed and #Vets suffer.

I'm retiring in 57 days, after 35 years of service. VA staffing cuts have already adversely impacted service. Long delays in disability claims, confusion about who is picking up the increased workload, and uncertainty about the future of disability benefits are not what I was expecting a year ago.
