When all this is over and we can finally rebuild from the rubble, we need to pass a much larger bill of rights. At a minimum healthcare, ubi, children's rights, workers' rights, and disability rights must be foundationally guaranteed for everyone.

I wish I could believe in an afterlife where people get what's coming to them. It would make all the suffering and pain in this life feel like it had a purpose. But it doesn't. It's just the product of cruelty, apathy, and ignorance. It's all solvable, if only we could focus on this life.

I don't think we should let the royal family get away with distancing themselves from the Andrew formerly known as Prince. They knew what he was up to for years (at least as long as we did). The Royals are responsible for him, and we should never let this mark on their record be lived down.

Hypothetically, if I found out one of my tattoos was a hate symbol that I misappropriated, I would get it covered or removed. Even if it was one that had its own big, personal meaning to me, let alone one I got on a drunken holiday in Croatia.
