Trying to forecast the future is prone to uncertainty, though I am probably closer to the alarmist end of the spectrum.

By a 204–203 vote, the GOP-controlled House blocked a Democratic bill to extend ACA subsidies.

Leadership cut the vote short, even as members were still trying to vote.

WOW: In a special election for Kentucky State Senate District 37, Democrat Gary Clemons has won with a staggering 72.5% of the vote, defeating Republican Calvin Leach, who received 25%.

Harris won the district by 6, so Clemons outperformed the 2024 results by roughly 42 points.

Israel pays US politicians to push anti-immigration rhetoric because the people around Netanyahu are heavily invested in corporate private prisons in the US and supplying ICE, the real reason ICE got such a massive budget is because Trump and his accomplices plan to pocket it. It’s corruption.
