I have given up coffee for lent and 25 days in, I have to say the changes are remarkable.

Firstly I never used to say "I would murder a coffee" and now I am saying it once an hour.

Also, after I eat lunch, I now need CPR.

I travelled to Damascus via Aleppo, Idlib, Hama & Homs

The scale of devastation was heartbreaking. Entire towns where not a building was spared. Bombed out homes as far as the eye can see.

This is only a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of the carnage unleashed upon Syrians
