The idea that schools don't need to do anything extra for Ofsted is so amazingly unrealistic it feels like gaslighting.
'We don't want to see an Ofsted Tuesday. We want to see a normal Tuesday,' says Sir Martyn Oliver about the move to phone calls on Mondays. A good sentiment, but I suspect it will be about as effective as Cnut's words on the beach.
