Today is the 6th anniversary of my becoming a Certified Salesforce Admin.
It took until covid caused my redundancy in 2020 for me to take the leap and put my Customer Service Manager hat down (you never put it away) and go full time as an Admin. What a ride it’s been!

Testing the agents feels like my biggest struggle. I talk like me, other people don’t. How do I test the natural language elements, when I don’t know how everyone else is doing to make requests.
While AI agent benchmarks can be misleading, there’s a lot of value in seeing if the agent is working the way they want to. To this end, companies are beginning to offer platforms where customers can sandbox AI agents or evaluate their performance. #AI #AIAgents #Salesforce

So I’m always on the hunt for speakers for the N&D Salesforce user group. If you can make it to Nottingham, we have in person meetings, May, July, September and November. If not we do virtual meetings in January & March.

Might as well say it here too. Brilliant turn out last night for the Nottingham & Derby salesforce user group. Our highest yet, we ran out of chairs, got more and ran out again. Much fun was had by all. Though with two winners of the quiz we did end up doing rock, paper, scissors to see who won.
