Artists and their teams saw people were willing to pay the ridiculous scalper prices, so they decided to just make the face value ticket that much.
wtf i had a ticket to see tame impala in 2020 that I only paid a little over $100 for. It was for GA floor. That show never happened because of COVID. He’s finally coming back to Minnesota and the cheapest tickets AKA last row of the venue are the same price as what I paid for GA floor in 2019….
