They try to claim "errors are rising" on "new reasoning systems" primarily based on Vectara hallucination leaderboard and one OpenAI document. So let's look what those actually show.
The newest and most powerful A.I. technologies — so-called reasoning systems from companies like OpenAI, Google and the Chinese start-up DeepSeek — are generating more errors, not fewer. As their math skills have notably improved, their handle on facts has gotten shakier.

I helped build a government AI system. DOGE fired me, rolled the AI out to the whole agency, and implied the AI can do my job and the jobs of the others they've fired.

It can't. But, what DOGE accidentally revealed about themselves in the process is fascinating. 🧵

Jaw dropping: "Not just a little record, but 25% higher than the previous record."
Preliminary data suggests that the global average increase in atmospheric CO2 concentration in 2024 will be a record.

Not just a little record, but 25% higher than the previous record.
