I’m curious how you would implement this for a less open ended research agent. Do you still give the planning agent freedom to spin up dynamic sub agents at will or would you get better results from a fixed set of purpose built subagents which are task specific?

Not when you consider that it immediately puts all of their competitors at a significant advantage. I know very little about law but it feels like ongoing litigation should not cause significant financial harm to a company. I do see where you are coming from though.

One of the main value propositions for the service is their data retention policy. This immediately impacts corporate and government customers who need to have strict requirements for how their data is handled for compliance purposes. It eliminates OAI as a competitive offering.
