Because the ideological violent people they are hiring cant pass the standards or full training. Plus, there is a lot less training to do when you eliminate teaching cival rights, following the law, and conflict de-escalation
The FBI under Kash Patel is lowering recruiting standards and reducing training for new agents. Instead of 18 weeks of training, they’re only receiving 8. In a world with more complexity and more threats, this Administration is again wrecking the institutions that keep us safe.
