For my mental health i hung up the last substack i listened to. I did not sleep well last night. The trip to Mercy Hospital went well. my Hemoglobin was 12.0 when 13.0 is the minimum. Red Cross had many people walking in without an appointment. it took a while to go to 💤 sleep
