Trump is shutting down the Kennedy Center because artists are boycotting. It also sounds like he's going to physically tear it down. That's what powerful losers do: Anything they can't have, they destroy.

I’m sure JK Rowling will be offering a clear and immediate explanation for why her team wanted Jeffrey Epstein to be present at the launch of her broadway musical, a full ten years after he was convicted. I imagine she’s outraged about this revelation, doubtless very damaging to a children’s author.
JK Rowling's team invited Jeffery Epstein to the deathly hallows play and to a Harry potter dinner.

Read banned books.
Read books that make you cry.
Read books written by friends.
Read books you don’t quite understand yet.
Read books of ancient magic that transform you into a dark being of the cosmos, capable of such wonderful & terrible things.

ICE is tear-gassing, kidnapping, and jailing toddlers. It cannot be reformed. Everyone responsible for this must be removed from positions of power and ICE must be abolished.

Truth. I grew up in Berkeley on stories of older peers who had been gassed in nursery school bc they were on campus in the late 60s. We knew the history (& Civil Rights history!) & had no illusions that protests were safe spaces.
This is not to dissuade anyone from objecting, organizing, & protesting, but a reminder no matter how hard you try, you will not do it “right“

Prepare for their violent retaliation against any form of resistance

And document the injustice to change the hearts of those who pretend they are safe

No journalist should use biometric locks.
The FBI was able to access Washington Post reporter Hannah Natanson's Signal messages because she used Signal on her work laptop. The laptop accepted Touch ID for authentication, meaning the agents were allowed to require her to unlock it. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Sometimes the city or your local community college clinic or nursing school will have really cheap titers and vaccines, too.
If you're an adult who was vaccinated, you should get your titers run to make sure you still have immunity. Vaccination can wane and/or you may not have generated a strong immune response. That was ok when we had herd immunity but we're likely about to lose our "measles free" status.
Vaccinate your kids, you friggin nuts.

I've been saying this for years. It's because they don't want their 'supply' 'tampered with'.
Never forget that the people who convinced you trans people are a threat to your children all belong to a network of child rapists.

I took some similar classes at UC Berkeley and UC Santa Cruz in the mid 90s. One was Literary Transhumanism, the other looked at Cyberpunk Cinema, both with a critical lens looking at the present.
Being in University just after clicking over to y2k meant one of the best classes I took was called "The Shape of Cyberspace" that looked at where meat space bleeds into data WAY before the rise of smartphones, broad IP camera adoption, and machine learning assisted object identification...

He later wrote an open letter to the new occupant

It's GLORIOUS hater content:

Wouldn't really mind becoming a spectral moss ghoul of the misty woods at this point. Can I still drink tea and eat croissants?
