I know it's not mainstream conventional wisdom but I think "Abolish ICE" is a perfectly reasonable response to this and you can get the public to buy in. Most people don't want masked murderous thugs roving their streets

Again ... Look where the bullet hole is. He definitely shot from off the left side and not from in front. If he had time to fumble with drawing his weapon then he had time to get out of the way. There was no reason to draw a weapon. That wasn't going to stop the vehicle.
