I'm a U.S. Citizen, born and raised in Honolulu. I don't "look like" my last name, because I took my (Caucasian, TX-born and MI-raised) husband's name when we got married. Depending on whether you're white supremacist, you might also say I don't "look like" an American. This is not right.
ICE is out of control here in Chicago:
