Its instructive that Kim Davis was introduced through the press initially as someone who simply wanted to be allowed to honor her religious convictions reasonably.

I think it's impossible to argue with the incredible cost-saving benefits of going directly to the source - the wind or sun.
But it's also kind of hard to say we're doing an amazing job ensuring those benefits are flowing to those who most need it; fixing that is part of the broader project imo
