Brilliant US military operation to seize Maduro. Good outcome. Trump says we will run Venezuela. Seize the oil. No Congressional authorization. An element of gangster think. Pres Petro of Colombia “better watch his ass.” Incredible.

Hard to imagine this Trump language not resulting in a massive
wave of disgust and rejection among American citizens.
He will start imprisoning journalists and activists en-mass, just wait.

Trump threatens military action against Colombia. Unilateral military power unfettered by Congress? Foreign policy by personal whim? Bellicose rule by decree. Very strange. Gangster talk.
Rand Paul: "The president also said, 'Be careful Colombia, you could be next.' I mean, if we're gonna go and topple regime after regime in South America, there's no amount of money that could be printed to pay for that and I don't think lives should be lost without a vote by Congress."

Brave and faithful soldier. RIP. 🇺🇸
Yesterday, Spc Sarah Becstrom was laid to rest in West Virginia at a VA National Cemetery.
Surprisingly none of the major major news media mention it. No flags were lower to half staff.
Well the Convicted FElon keeps the news focus on him.

MS NOW. Trump seizure Venezuelan tanker. Where is Congress? War likelihood with the Maduro regime seems likely.
Gen. Barry McCaffrey on seizing a Venezuelan oil tanker: “It’s an enormous escalation in an ongoing attempt to run Maduro out of office and to gain access to 300 million barrels of oil reserves of Venezuela.”

American military preparedness and vigilance essential in an increasingly dangerous and violent world. Our allies increasingly no longer trust us with good reason.
Today we remember the thousands of Americans who died in the attack on Pearl Harbor 84 years ago. Nearly half of those lost were aboard the USS Arizona, and I remember what a moving experience it was when Gabby and I visited the memorial. We’ll never forget their sacrifice.

So Trump calls for six serving members of Congress to be hung. The Sec Def calls for a serving Senator to be recalled to active duty to be Courtmartialed. All for saying military personnel can refuse ILLEGAL ORDERS. Absurd. Separation of powers. Statement inherent in the UCMJ.
