If he gets away with this, he won’t stop at Peters; he’ll use this newfound power to pardon everyone who have state charges for J6. Even the increasing number of J6ers who were given federal pardons, but were subsequently arrested, tried, & jailed on unrelated state charges will get pardoned again.
Donald Trump is trying to transfer Colorado-convicted elections clerk, Tina Peters, from state prison to a federal prison, although she was convicted of state crimes (election fraud). He's trying to pardon her – although this would be illegal. If he succeeds in transferring her, he will pardon her.

New: the govt has moved to dismiss its assault case against Marimar Martinez and Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, two people accused of "box[ing] in" a Border Patrol vehicle in Chicago on Oct. 4.
