The Donroe Doctrine is the modern day equivalent of King Ahab coveting Naboth's vineyard. (1 Kings 21)

Stealing Latin America's resources under any pretext is still stealing. And today's prophets will likewise say to this administration "you have sold yourself to do evil in the eyes of the Lord."

"Plenary authority"
The doctrine that Steven Miller said out loud which explains everything about the presidents mad-king actions including his disregard for needs of average Americans and his threats of war on six countries.

Power corrupts.
Plenary authority corrupts absolutely!
The Stephen Miller Gaffe Every Judge Needs To Bookmark

Miller, in a very Veep moment, accidentally gave away the whole game by saying "plenary authority" on live TV before going into an on-air coma. Weird and revealing moment.

Maga isn't Christianity. It's christian nationalism. It's rooted in racism, bigotry, and misogyny wrapped in a very thin veneer of religiosity to give it some moral authority. It has nothing to do with the teachings of Jesus.

Wow: Overt, unapologetic Christian nationalism from the Vice President here.

Even Trump has stopped short of saying something this explicit on the topic while President.
JD Vance gets the biggest applause of his speech so far when he says "by the grace of God we always will be a Christian nation"

Jesus does not belong to one nation or race. He does not love or prefer one over the others. He loves all and is for all. He is alive to bring life to all.
Christian nationalism holds that he is on the side of American Republicans. Those who believe that don't know him.

A Christianity that believes it needs a president, legislation and a government to ensure its survival is a Christianity that is centered on the worship of its own power rather than faithfully relying on the power of God.

No #christiannationalism in the US. No to American Inquisitions.

Yes to freedom of religion,
Yes to freedom of expression of our faiths,
Yes to freedom of conscience,
Yes to freedom from subjection to a Christian nationalist fundamentalist sect.

October 18 is our next big chance to protest the Christian nationalist ambitions of this administration. They have already enacted Christian nationalist agenda though executive orders that come directly out of Project 2025.

Christian nationalism is the greatest threat to American democracy, to a pluralistic society, to a fair, just, and egalitarian society.

Essential to countering the rise of Christian nationalism is creating awareness about the power-hungry and abusive beliefs. The most famous Christian nationalist, Doug Wilson, holds many views that most Americans would find odious. Check it out here and share it with others. References included.

If it must be posted then don't post it alone. Surround it with other posters. One with a peace passage from the Koran, one from the bagvad Gita, one from a Sufi poet, and a poster that has a version of the golden rule from several major religions and ideologies.

America was founded to secure the individual's freedom of religion, of conscience, of belief to practice one's own faith.

Protecting this freedom makes resisting and defying a Christian nationalist takeover a partiotic duty!

The “particular expression of Christianity” known as white Christian Nationalism poses a threat not only to any pluralistic, democratic society, but to true teachings of Christ. Because CN follows a "tribal god" who is evidently loyal to one tribe above all others, white Magagelical Americans.

The key quote:
"The Trump administration’s outright alignment with white evangelicals and its investment in legislation and ideology connected to Christian nationalism shows how this memo will ultimately be used to target non-Christians as un-American enemies who must be expelled or destroyed."
"The Trump administration’s memo suggests that Christians have been discriminated against in public life, and in government jobs in particular. But this is nonsense," writes Noah Berlatsky.

This Admin is cozying up with Christian Nationalists and if successful they will end your freedom to express your beliefs and conscience if you don't hold to their narrow extremist sectarian religious views.

"First they came for..." will lead to an American Inquisition. Your creed might be next.
Doug Wilson Has Spent Decades Pushing for a Christian Theocracy. In Trump’s DC, the New Right Is Listening.
Doug Wilson has built a theocratic regime in Moscow, Idaho, where men rule and biblical teachings guide everything. Now he’s taking the model national, with a receptive crowd in the GOP.

The Bible’s model of peoplehood embraces diversity, an ideal exemplified in the weaving together of competing traditions and texts. Peoplehood is about who we are and grows out of love, openness toward the other, and hope for the future.
Christian nationalism feeds on insecurity, fear, and hate.

A bit of reflecting on this quote by Rev. Benjamin Cremer reveals the LIE behind the attempts of this administration to "christianize" our government and our society through "Christian" laws.
No, they are cynically using religion to gain control and political power.
They sure do not follow Christ.
July 28, 2025 at 5:05 PM
Theocracy cherry-picks the Bible for verses that create a case for control by a few religious insiders and compliance by everyone else. This is, of course, the goal of Christian Nationalism.
