Six private security guards (egged on by Sheriff, Bob Norris, who was receiving disability benefits from his job the next town over while working as a sheriff in this new town) who dragged a woman out of a town hall for boo-ing in Coeur d'Alene Idaho have been charged with crimes. Do Norris now!
