Just your regular reminder that the “exam” he is referring to is not an IQ test, but rather a test designed to detect cognitive impairment.

Passing it does not mean you are smart. Indeed, gloating about passing it demonstrates you are not.
Trump: "They have Jasmine Crockett -- a low IQ person. AOC is low IQ. Have her pass the exams I decided to take when I was at Walter Reed. They're cognitive tests. Let AOC go against Trump. Let Jasmine go against Trump. The first couple questions are easy -- a tiger, an elephant, a giraffe ... "

Someone should copy Tesla’s software + ADAS playbook and sell it as a platform to legacy automakers.

I don’t really know how this hasn’t happened yet.

It’s really frustrating that Tesla’s driver assistance is so exceptional. I want to get away from the association with Musk, but it’s so hard to give up FSD even for an otherwise fantastic car.

This is the Achilles’ heel keeping me from pulling the trigger on the Taycan.

NEW: An Alabama teenager was prosecuted and convicted of murder over the death of his friend, whom he didn't shoot or kill.

Bolts worked on this important read by the Yale Reporting Lab to illuminate the little-understood ramifications of the 'felony murder' doctrine:

An Alabama teen was shot alongside his friend, then prosecuted for his killing. His case highlights a particularly harsh doctrine in American criminal punishment: felony murder.

We made a big mistake when we decided that governments should and could communicate with the public during disasters largely via corporate-owned algorithmic social media websites.

We have to return to requiring governments to use truly *public* platforms designed for this use case that all can see.
It’s malpractice at this point that so many government agencies are stuck using social media platforms that are largely only regularly used by people over 40.

They have to start posting video content on TikTok to reach the non-geriatric. Sorry, that’s the way it is

According to this study, air conditioning has cut heat deaths in the U.S. by around 80% since 1960.

Bluesky has a lot of popular misinformation accounts, like this one who repeatedly spreads falsehoods about Waymo for some reason (sock puppet for a competitor?).

Waymo does not do this. They respond appropriately to lawful warrants for video footage, but that’s it.
These Waymo driverless cars = unmanned ICE surveillance agents.
Waymo and most other license plate and facial identification tech companies, offer their data to the police.

Stay woke.

And there's evidence to the contrary! Trump did surprisingly well with young men but he did not win those who said things like "I worry I can't afford a house or kids" -- he won those who said things like "trans men aren't really men"

First, why did it take so long for this funding to be put to work?

Second, why wasn’t this all front and center in the 2024 campaign?

Elon Musk is a good example of how terrible people become increasingly radicalized into the far right simply because the far right is a community that accepts cruel, terrible people.

It's tempting to say Elon is going "mask off", but I'd wager Elon didn't know who Tommy Robinson was 5 years ago. 1/
