Stress from oppression does shorten your life, a fact Black people have had to live with their entire lives. Work to counter the ensuing inflammation that stress causes can be a faster way to address this issue. And of course you keep fighting oppression. 🩺 #MedSky

I just found out if you type "-ai" in your Google searches it will give you results without ai. Still looking for an alternative to using Google Maps if anyone has one. I use DuckDuckGo as a browser most of the time bc you can turn ai off there, but still use chrome for Google meets meetings.

NEW: @propublica.org investigated the Chicago apartment raid where kids were zip-tied and citizens detained for hours. They find:
- NONE of the arrested were criminally charged
- NO evidence the building was "filled with TdA terrorists."
- ZERO legitimate reason for DHS to rappel from a Blackhawk.
