3 gates, 6-8 delays, and 12 hours later, my kid is in a plane. For this we paid not only the @americanair.bsky.social ticket fare but an unaccompanied minor fee...I spent 12 hours at the airport today instead of my office so they weren't unaccompanied #customersevicefail #americanairlines
