I have to thank @booksinthefreezer.bsky.social for recommending The Last Days of Jack Sparks on the podcast(more then once). I'm about halfway through and this book just ticks all of the boxes for me! Not sure I would have found it otherwise

There are so many things to celebrate including the fact that we flipped our local school board! The previous board was focused on ridiculous library book review policies and not letting students speak in meetings and the people showed up
