I went to see The Choral yesterday and am still feeling its impact. It is a gentle (what else would you expect of Alan Bennett) pacifist statement on war with excellent acting and wonderful singing.
Now is such a poignant time to see it and escape the para-military parades.

An interesting read.
Wherever we looked for the prominent flaggers and leaders of this movement, we found people smugglers and sex doll salesmen, people with dubious criminal pasts and people willing to put in a good word for Adolf Hitler.
