Just did an interview on Talk radio in the UK. It was about the European car makers stopping ever making electric cars again because, as a caller said, 'No one wants electric cars.'
Definitely not the 10 million EV drivers in the EU or the 1.8 million in UK

Despite $50 Billion Losses, Battery Progress Points To Europe EV Gains
Traditional automakers failed EV plans have hit finances suggesting the EV revolution has stalled. But UBS suggests battery “Triple-Parity” could reverse this.

Oh the savage irony.
I write a short Substack rant, critical of 'Prediction Marketing' or trendy gambling for hip losers, and Substack announce their new partnership with some two bit rip off Prediction Marketing scam site.
Isn't that lovely.

I'm just mildly excited. By the middle of next week I might have set up my sparking new online book shop.
I will no doubt be bellowing and spruiking about it like a cockney market stall holder in Hackney.

Just for a moment forget about politics of China and USA. We know China's massive energy demands relied heavily on burning imported coal. Can't think of another industrialised country that burned a metric sh!t ton of coal for 100 years.
Anyway, China is now burning less, oh yes, and USA burning more
NEW ANALYSIS: China's CO2 has now been 'flat or falling' for 21 months

* Down in 2025
* Still below Mar 2024
* Clean energy wave a key factor

If this is China's peak (TBC) it's the climate story of the century so far…

Okay, it’s bloody cold in North Wales, we are shooting a small electric car road trip all the way to Cardiff today. Limited range? City car up mountains? Not many chargers?
We do it so you don’t have to.

Utterly shiteful adverts. This one's right up there.
Bald man in suit inspects a solar panel... why?
And the text, clumsy, pitiful 'trick' to try and make you click the wretched, corrupt link.
I know loads of electricians and none of them agree.
And solar panels work on any roof you muppets.

I'm not opposed to nuclear power, however, I might be slightly ecomically skeptical.
I've written something about it, sparked by recent conversations with very pro nuclear folks who really know the technology well and are very bullish about it.

I'm loving all the lists of people who have not, and never would be mentioned in the Epstien files. Asylum seekers, poor people, reasonable people with a basic understanding of morality, and of course 99.99% of the global population.
It's just a few rich, white, 'Oh I'm totally innocent' blokes.

I'm in the process of setting up an online bookshop that only stocks one book. Do you think anyone will buy a copy?
My latest offering, the Ghost Camera, recounts a ground breaking science experiment that doesn't exactly work, but does something very weird. All observed by the laboratory janitor.

I've always felt that one of the most important aspects of newly emerging electric ground transport technology is that we can use the stuff we make the cars/vans/busses/trucks with, again, and again.
