I'm getting better than 2.6 kWh to the mile if that's what you mean, I got over 3. But not spectacular. How anyone got 581 miles is beyond me, unless it was Gavin Shoebridge.

That's why I feel over privileged. It's gorgeaous inside and an absolute delight to drive. Just finished a 490 mile drive. Nice, but yes, certainly not cheap.

It’s amazing but I’ve been driving in heavy rain. After 285 km or 177 miles and I needed to stop. Old man issues.
The car still had 210 km on the screen, so easily over 500 km or over 300 miles, in rain, with big hills.

I think the main lesson here is to listen to criticism but not necessarily act on it. I get dozens, if not 100's of comments, both online and face to face from people who say 'I love your rants do more.'
I don't get as many that say 'calm it down a bit Bobby.'
So I will try to find a balance

By every metric, the industry is in deep trouble — and none of it has anything to do with future emission rules or an engine ban a decade away.

In fact, the future of cars is electric - not because of Brussels regulation, but because EVs will soon be much cheaper to make and run.
