If you don’t want AI stuff I recommend:
CodeLite 17.0 (18 has ai)
QT creator (has the option but with clangd it’s great, debugger kinda sucks tho)
CLion (you can disable all ai stuff)
Visual Studio 2019 (uncheck intellicode at install)
Juci++ (super obscure but lightweight)
