When Renee Good said "I'm not mad at you" what the ICE goon heard was "I'm not scared of you."

That's what enraged him. The populace wasn't fully terrorized and cowed into submission yet, so he acted to make that happen.

Yeah, people are fixating on a Cabinet Secretary being given a sovereign country to run because the president waged war without congressional approval and kidnapped the old leader. Weird that they’d get hung up on that.
WELKER: Mr. Secretary, are you running Venezuela right now?

MARCO RUBIO: Yeah. People are fixating on that. Here's the bottom line -- we expect to see changes in Venezuela

Christ, what an asshole.
Per @garretthaake.bsky.social, the extremely tacky "presidential wall of fame" that lines the colonnade to the West Wing now has obviously-Trump-penned plaques insulting or praising the presidents.

No country in the history of the world made itself greater by destroying its universities and cutting back on scientific research. Yet that is exactly what Trump and MAGA are doing to America today.

Trump pardoned a Honduran drug lord who helped move TONS of cocaine into the U.S.

Trump does not care about being tough on crime, stopping drug trafficking, or keeping Americans safe.

This is corrupt beyond belief, and EVERYONE should call it out.

@thebeths.bsky.social, my favorite new band of the past 10 years, put on a damn fine show at in Boston on Tuesday. Here is my @boston.com review. www.boston.com/culture/conc...
Review & setlist: The Royale audience got very excited by The Beths' return to Boston
The Beths' performance left the bars at the Royale virtually deserted for nearly two hours, surely the sign of an unqualified success.

Based on my 3 decades of experience, I accept that therapists have education, training, and experience.

However, they lack the one component that renders them incapable of being helpful: ability.
