Government shutdowns are manufactured hostage rises where politicians cash checks while others suffer. It’s deliberate sabotage. We didn’t even have shutdown until Reagan triggered the first one. I have always refused to participate in the horserace-style shutdown coverage.

I don’t know if this would be considered a “most boomer” take but, while I appreciate a movie teaser trailer - give me a rough idea of the film’s premise - I ✨hate✨ modern full trailers for movies. I don’t want a spliced synopsis of the *entire* movie, with major moments & punchlines revealed.

This is quite the hearing. RFK Jr. claiming he didn’t say things (that are on video) about COVID targeting certain ethnicities & chemicals causing kids to “turn” transgender while refusing to commit to not personally benefiting financially from vaccine lawsuits. What a time we’re living in. 🤦♀️
