TEACHABLE MOMENT
Superman entered without inspection. This means that:
A) He cannot get status by marrying Lois Lane.
B) He is the victim of crimes, so U visa, but the wait is 15 (?) years(ish)!
C) ICE will argue he is not eligible to even ask for bond.
D) No DACA eligibility (it’s closed anyway)
