Trump is an extremely dangerous man--stupid, vindictive, fixated on payback for his enemies. This country will be lucky to survive him.

Keir Starmer, your government promised bold action on climate and nature - but this isn’t it. ❌

It’s a move that risks tearing up our chances for a future where nature, people, and the economy thrive.

A sensible speech, rather than the ridiculous Orange garage sale that the Signing Of The executive Orders Show has been!
“We have longer life expectancy, higher social and environmental standards, and lower inequalities than all our global competitors.”

Europe is now setting out its stall. Good. It’s about investing in citizens, environment and standards. 💙

I am not too worried about libraries - you need to be able to read to understand their value.
They will go after Wikipedia.

They will go after libraries.

They will go after school boards and public extracurricular activities that are anything but sports.

They will go after archives.

Because knowledge, education, culture, and progressives are all the enemy.

Thinking is the enemy.

@sky_news Noticed two reporters discuss the 'barbaric' October attack; & the 'difficult' war in Gaza. Not v objective reporting when they admit 92% of buildings have been destroyed, with 47k people killed & loads more in the rubble!

James Woods went on CNN and started crying about his house burning down and smacked talked the response from officials in California for the wildfires.

But his house is still standing.

Is he gonna praise firefighters and thank Gavin Newsom now or nah?

Or even apologize for lying?

Its not quite as bad now in our Sheffield garden as it was earlier this week, but our snow hasnt yet gone. Seen the weather for monday onwards, and the temps mean the snow will likely melt quickly. I feel that a lot of poor peeps are in for a shock when we move from icey snow to flooding.

New here! Just finding my way! Nice to see you, though. Here's a pick of my dog (recently deceased) to see in the meantime. Still grieving.
