Days ago, all the Scottish papers hailed a massive victory for Peggie when it was partial. Today they're pretending she lost and must appeal. When the Supreme Court decision was questioned, it was a threat to the judiciary. Now it's apparently a moral obligation. Same voices, same loud megaphones.

So I'm going through the BBC archives on trans people to see how people are talked about and I'm at about 2005 now.
1. "Biological" just does not appear until this year
2. Omission of pronouns completely also doesn't occur until this year
3. Only 5 incidents of misgendering so far

It's very simple. Ireland has self-id. All they have to do is introduce informed consent access to trans healthcare at the GP level, and leverage access to the single market for surgical interventions. It will show the UK up as third rate!
