There's something about dispassionately getting someone off then going back to whatever you were doing that comes across as way more dominant than it really should. Like if you're looking at just the actions being performed it's not at all but in the context it can be an incredible tool

There's a real chance we can get Dems to vote NO on any bill with ICE funding to sink it.
Once it goes to the Senate we likely lose this chance.
